1. Nature of Introduction Service
Cooliyall is an introduction platform that connects customers with independent local workers and tradespeople. Cooliyall does not employ any worker, does not supervise work on site, does not set job prices, and does not guarantee job outcomes.
2. Direct Job Payments (0% Commission)
Payment for actual work performed is agreed directly between customer and worker, and paid directly via Cash or UPI. Cooliyall never holds this money and takes 0% cut of the worker’s wages. The app’s only fee is the Google Play subscription for voice calling after the trial period.
3. Scam Prevention & Safety
The Cooliyall team will never call you asking for anyone’s personal phone number or OTP. If someone calls claiming to be from Cooliyall asking for numbers, do not share them. Any exchange of personal numbers outside the app is done at your own discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cooliyall is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by independent workers. In case of disputes, reports can be submitted within the app for admin review and possible account suspension.
